Iain and the team have now been delivering my Biomass pellets for three years. Fast service is not the word for it! Have never waited more than 2 hours from point of phone call till delivery and they stack it all away in the store for me. Super Service, Super price and they also recycle the plastic bags for me

A first class company with first class customer service! Iain and his family are a dying breed! Nothing is too much or too much hassle. Our last couple of deliveries, they have dealt with access issues with efficiency and understanding - using barrows to transport the bags, stacking the bags neatly, filling up my biomass hopper ( without being asked) and offering a recycling system to manage the plastic bag waste.

I have a wood pellet boiler for my hot water and central heating. I have used Mr Hastie since 2012, the service has been great with the bags been stacked neatly in shed as required. Delivery has been quick, especially in the winter when I use a lot more. Price wise the cheapest supplier I have come across in this area.

I would recommend Alex Hastie & Co without a second thought. I have had a biomass boiler for over a year now and although very happy with the boiler the pellet deliveries have been a nightmare until I discovered Iain today. I phoned this morning and he arrived with the delivery within the hour. Along with his daughter Nicole, the pellets were neatly stacked in my garage in next to no time. Wish I had found him sooner.
